Dirty Dr. Pepper
Jump to recipe
I’m not a huge soda/pop drinker, but I’ll rarely say no to a good mixed soda drink! Too bad I don’t live in Utah where there’s a stand on every corner serving them. Which is why I just make them at home!
My favorite & one of the simplest drinks is a Dirty Dr. Pepper. You can adapt this and make it with Diet Coke, Pepsi, or whatever your favorite drink is!
It’s super simple to make too! You just squeeze half a lime(or use bottled juice) in a glass of ice, then pour in your soda. TIP: if you tilt the glass and pour it against the side, it won’t foam up as much as if you poured it straight in.
Then add in your coconut creamer and give it a stir! You can also use coconut coffee syrup and heavy cream or half and half instead of the coffee creamer!
Sometimes I love a good ice cold Dr. Pepper, but other times, I like to mix it up! During the beginning of my pregnancy when I was SUPER sick, I would just crave these. I wasn’t eating any real food, but I was able to put down a Dirty Dr. Pepper without ANY problem!
Dirty Dr. Pepper
Ingredients
- 1 Can Dr. Pepper
- 1 Lime
- 2 Tbl Coconut Creamer
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a glass with ice & enjoy! Add additional creamer if you'd like!
Notes:
You may sub the coconut creamer for a mixture of Coconut coffee syrup(like Toroni), and some heavy cream or half & half.
Bottled lime juice also works great if you don't have fresh limes.
